OUR POLICIES

  Please review your order carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final

CANCELLATION: Orders cannot be canceled after payment has been made. This also means we do not offer refunds on canceled orders.

EXCHANGE: Exchanges are only possible if the original item is unavailable or if we sent the wrong size/order.

STORAGE & STOCKPILING:

    - Orders not picked up or shipped immediately will incur a daily storage fee of 1,000NGN after 3 weeks.
    - To retrieve or ship your order after 3 weeks, you must pay the cumulative storage fee.
    - If your order remains unclaimed for 3 months, we will sell the items, and no refund or exchange will be offered.
    - Stockpiling is allowed for up to 3 weeks, after which the Storage policy applies.

INSTALLMENT:

    - Pay 50% upfront, with the balance due within 1 week.
    - If full payment isn't made within 10 days, you’ll have to forfeit the initial payment. There will be no refunds or exchange.
